  • Shipping
    Within Australia We offer Free shipping on orders over $200 There is a Flat rate shipping fee of $12 for orders under $200 within Australia. There is a pick up option (Sydney only) at North Sydney station Mondays to Wednesdays between 8.30am to 4.30pm. International Shipping is available, we ship via Australia Post Please note that we are not responsible for lost mail, or for any duties or taxes/VAT once it reaches your country NOLA originals are designed and hand made by us with genuine fabrics. NOLA originals ship any time within 1 working day(if size in particular piece is stitched and available to ship), else to 2-3weeks, and may extend to 4-5 weeks due to demand, as pieces are hand made in limited quantities so as to reduce fabric wastage. You are welcome to provide us with specific measurements if that is preferred/or that the measurements do not suit your child/self.
  • Returns
    Please note that all refunds are made via STORE CREDIT In the event that your item is faulty, or in case of a wrong item delivered, size issues, please contact us within 24 HOURS upon receipt of item, and we will request you to forward us the item within 7 working days for a replacement, or refund of the value of goods (not including shipping fees) via store credit. Please note that shipping fees to and from the customer are borned by the customer. Please note that there are no refunds for items which are customized to your preference or those that are marked down, on sale or sold via flash sales. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of minds, or if the order has dispatched and not reached you(missing parcels) Non contact within 24 hours to inform of any damage, constitutes to change of mind. Steps for return: Contact us to inform intention to return within 24h at nola.n.friends@outlook.com Please forward us a valid tracking within 7 working days upon our confirmation. Please ensure that the items being returned are unwashed, and unused with our Nola tag still attached. Please ensure no stains, perfume are on the item as this will result in deductions, or no refund according to the extent of damage. Once we have received your return, we will be in touch via email to provide your store credit details.
